Database & Lead Conversion
At this stage, agents begin learning Lofty (Customer Relationship Management system) to manage leads effectively. They go through lead conversion exercises, role-playing, and start scheduling calls. Lead conversion is the key to success in real estate, and the hardest part of starting out is acquiring clients. That’s why we not only provide training but also supply leads for you to call and convert. Our program teaches you how to engage, follow up, and turn opportunities into real business. Master the Buyer Consultation
In this training, agents learn essential buyer basics such as setting up key real estate apps, practicing home showings, and conducting effective buyer consultations. Graduating to Realtor Ready
The final steps emphasize contract execution, transaction management, and consistent lead generation. Agents work towards closing their first deals, mastering the contract-to-close process, and achieving their first set of buyer transactions to unlock listing status. By completing these steps, they become fully Realtor Ready and prepared for long-term success in the industry.
